Use of <START> token in Example Dialog

It has been reported that using "<START>" before each sequence of example dialog improves the output of the bot. While the cause is unknown, it seems to be true. Although keep in mind with all findings of the community your mileage may vary.

As you can see, <START> goes on a newline after the end of the each dialog block, or perhaps more accurately, before each dialog block.
